SHIPMENTS 

Shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, orders with a cost of less than 200 € will have a shipping cost of 20 €, shipments of orders with a cost of more than 200 € will have no shipping cost.

Who will deliver my order?

We work with a delivery company that will collect your order from our factory and deliver it to the address you have indicated through the ecommerce.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet, what should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

• Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the delivery address. ​
• Ask the delivery company who has given you a tracking number for your order. ​

If the address is correct and the package is not with the delivery company, please contact us at ventas@balanzo.es with your order number.

If there is a problem with your delivery address, we may be able to resend your product, but you will be responsible for the costs.

RETURN PERIOD

The return period is 15 days for all purchases made online. Retur​ns will be processed within 30 days.

If you wish to manage a return, you can do so through our usual channels.

The product must be unused and in perfect condition.

We will not accept the return of custom-made and/or personalised products.

Once the goods have been received in our warehouses and the condition of the goods has been checked, the amount will be refunded, in accordance with the method of payment used by the customer.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

All shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) have a shipping cost of 20 € for orders costing less than 200 €, and the delivery time is 1-7 days from the time of purchase.

Also if you want us to send you the order from a specific date, make your purchase and contact us so that we can manage your request without any problem so that you receive it when it is available.

Breakdown by zone:

• Orders placed on holidays and weekends or from Monday to Friday after 15:00h will be processed on the next working day.
• Shipments will be free of charge to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands for orders over 200 € of purchase.
• For shipments to other countries and regions such as Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, EU, UK, USA, Andorra or Switzerland, please contact us so that we can quote individually the logistics management for the shipment of the desired purchase. In any case, we do not add any margin or profit to the shipping rate.
• For shipments to areas with customs costs (such as Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) or outside of the European Union, possible charges for customs duties, local taxes or other charges have not been included in the price of the products, nor in the shipping costs. These costs, in case of occurrence, will be the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS​

If payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded (minus bank charges). To cancel an order, you must provide the order number via e-mail from the same e-mail address with which you have registered in our shop or with which the order was placed.​
