SHIPMENTS 

Shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands

Orders under 50€ will incur a shipping cost of 4.99€. Orders over 50€ will have no shipping cost.

Who will deliver my order?

We work with a delivery company that will collect your order from our factory and deliver it to the address you have indicated through the ecommerce.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet, what should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

·         Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the delivery address.

·         Ask the delivery company who has given you a tracking number for your order.

If the address is correct and the package is not with the delivery company, please contact us at ventas@balanzo.es with your order number.

If there is a problem with your delivery address, we may be able to resend your product, but you will be responsible for the costs.

RETURN PERIOD

The return period is 15 days for all purchases made online. Returns will be processed within 30 days.

If you wish to manage a return, you can do so through our usual channels.

The product must be unused and in perfect condition.

We will not accept the return of custom-made and/or personalised products.

Once the goods have been received in our warehouses and the condition of the goods has been checked, the amount will be refunded, in accordance with the method of payment used by the customer.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

All shipments to Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands) incur a shipping cost of 4.99€ for orders under 50€, and the delivery time is approximately 1–7 days from the time of purchase.

Also if you want us to send you the order from a specific date, make your purchase and contact us so that we can manage your request without any problem so that you receive it when it is available.

Breakdown by zone:

·         Orders placed on holidays and weekends or from Monday to Friday after 15:00 h will be processed on the next working day.

·        Shipping to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) will be free for orders exceeding 50€.

·         *For shipments to other countries and regions such as Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not placed from the online shop. Please contact our staff so that we can assist you.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS​

If payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded (minus bank charges). To cancel an order, you must provide the order number via e-mail from the same e-mail address with which you have registered in our shop or with which the order was placed.​
